I bought this as a gift for a friend who's obsessed with Bon Jovi, and naturally she loved it. Personally, I myself was not as impressed (I skimmed through it before wrapping). There were quite a few typos and mistakes as one of the other reviewers said, plus the images inside were all black and white and looked haphazardly placed around. Not very professional. The info given was nothing out of this world, mostly about any celebrities who know or performed with Bon Jovi... I myself only found about half of what I read to be new, and I'm a fairly basic Bon Jovi fan.
However, anyone who likes Bon Jovi will most likely appreciate this as a gift to add to the collection, as my buddy did. What we both did get a kick out of was the back cover... a colored pic of the guys in their swim trunks posing for the camera. :P Can't go wrong there.

Snippets are mildly interesting although for the Bon Jovi fan, much of it is information you will already know. Also, there are many sentences that are left unfinished because they did not fit on the page. In the section for David Bryan, it names the keyboard player as the bass player, a pretty huge mistake. Flip through the pictures and leave in the bathroom for something to read. Not worth the money

I was very happy with the Encyclopaedia I received. I received in a timely manner. The price was right. I enjoy reading anything about Jon BonJovi.
